OWLS Small Group Training
Committing to a workout routine is undoubtedly difficult. But many people feel empowered to do so when backed by the camaraderie of a supportive group. In OWLS Small Group Training at the Asheville Racquet Club, we work toward the common goals of the group, consisting of 4 well-matched people. You will have the accountability of your group and trainer to ensure long-term success in health and fitness.

Members can join the group at any time during the session at a pro-rated fee when space is available.
